Duckthorpe Grange was formerly a 19th. century barn which has been converted by Pauline and David Cooling into a very spacious and comfortable home which you see today.
A "no expense spared" policy was adopted to turn some of the many rooms into quality guest accommodation with all modern facilities that are expected and required these days.
Duckthorpe Grange is situated about one mile from the village of Marshchapel on the A1031 between Cleethorpes to the north and Skegness to the south.
The quiet rural area is on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, which offers many fabulous walking opportunities.
